Non-Profit Leadership Coaching Service Grant

Professional Coaches in Kansas City Area Celebrate International Coaching Week by announcing recipient of 2011 Non-Profit Leadership Coaching Grant.

KANSAS CITY – February 7, 2011 – In celebration of International Coaching Week (February 7-13), the Kansas City Chapter of International Coaching Federation (ICF), Heartland Coaches Association (HCA) announces Heartland Habitat for Humanity as recipient of their 2011 Non-Profit Coaching Service Grant. The Heartland Habitat for Humanity leadership team will receive free coaching services from six volunteer members of HCA during the months of March, April and May.

Tom Lally, Executive Director at Heartland Habitat for Humanity, expressed his thanks at the announcement, “Heartland Habitat for Humanity is honored to be the 2011 recipient of the Heartland Coaches Association’s Non-Profit Leadership Coaching Service Grant. This wonderful opportunity to engage professional coaches for our leadership team comes at a perfect time for our organization as we embark on rolling out exciting new programs, including expanding our ReStore locations as well as implementing new services to significantly increase the number of families receiving affordable housing services. This partnership will provide a solid foundation for our non-profit organization to position itself for future growth. We are so thankful to the Heartland Coaches Association for selecting Heartland Habitat and providing these services that we might not otherwise had been able to access.”

During International Coaching Week, members of the Kansas City Chapter of ICF will celebrate coaching and the ICF’s 15^th anniversary, by educating the public on the benefits of the coaching process and illustrating the value coaching can bring to peoples’ lives.

Non-Profit Leadership Coaching Service Grant

If you answered YES, then Heartland Coaches Association of KC (HCA) wants to help your organization by providing a service grant of professional coaching services.

We will be accepting applications through November 30, 2010 and will contact you by January 15 to communicate if your non-profit organization has been chosen. The time frame for coaching sessions will take place during the months of February through May.
