Heartland Coaches Association Bylaws (Final as of 5/29/09)

The name of this organization shall be the Heartland Coaches Association, hereinafter referred to
as the HCA, a not-for-profit association incorporated in the State of Kansas on September 7,
2007 and serving the Greater Kansas City metropolitan area. HCA is the Kansas City Chartered
Chapter of the International Coach Federation, hereinafter referred to as the ICF.
