Chuck Franks is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. His background includes a Masters in Counseling Psychology, a Licensed Clinical Social worker and completion of the post-graduate College of Executive Coaching program. His experience includes managing the Counseling department for the Excelsior Spring Job Corps Center where he co-developed the substance use and abuse system which is currently used nation wide. He is a founding member of Kansas City's ICF Chapter and has increased membership by 500% in the two years he lead the organization. He believes strong relationships are key to success and happiness, regardless of whether they are customers, employees, or significant others. Chuck focuses on helping individuals and business owners enhance their relationships to increase sales, decrease employee turnover by increasing employee loyalty, and also helps people see how their relationship with themselves reflects in the results they get in life.
