Self as Instrument - Increasing Self-Awareness for Your Clients

Presenter: John Schuster, PCC

Click here to Register and prepay

Coaching is about the present and the future, but clients bring their past to the moment with varying degrees of awareness. And we do the same as coaches. How can we make our pasts work for us, not against us? How can we bring the best of the past to bear on the moment so we can move into the future with unburdened confidence?

This session looks at the techniques you can use as a coach to increase your own and your client’s effectiveness by better understanding how our pasts can be a resource.

This session will focus on 4 Core Competencies:

  • Coaching Presence
  • Powerful Questioning
  • Direct Communication
  • Creating Awareness
